Thank you for registering for this event. We have record numbers this year! Please read the following points thoroughly:
Parking: We have just been informed that the parking lot at Victoria Park will be closed for paving this weekend. Unfortunately there are no other dates that this can be moved to due to the drop in temps that is forecasted next week. You will need to utilize public street parking (be aware some areas are residential parking and without a pass vehicles may be ticketed). The farmer’s market square is also an option for additional parking.
Registration: There will be a registration table where you check in and pick up your number, starting at 9:30am. Clubs: Excel, Riversdale, STFC will each have one envelope with all their race numbers. Please have a coach/manager pick up the envelope for your team. DO NOT CRUMPLE OR BEND your number as they are chipped. Those who purchased socks with their registration, please go to registration to pick up.
Coaches: Please identify teams at registration (minimum of 3; maximum of 4 on teams)
Changes: There are a few changes to be aware of:
U20 women will run 6k;
Open Men/Women start time will be 2:20pm:
Masters Men/Women start time moves to 2:21pm
