Parent Orientation & Annual General Meeting

Thursday October 15th, 2026

7:30pm to 9:30pm

Saskatoon Field House - Meeting Room #3

We'll begin the evening with our Parent Orientation. This will give you an opportunity to meet our coaching staff, board of directors, RIVA athletes and families.  Coaches will share their insights, experiences, expectations and will answer any questions you may have.

The second portion of the evening we'll conduct the club's Annual General Meeting.  During this time the board of directors will give an overview of where our club is at and shed light on where it's going.  

During the Annual General Meeting, the club will make a call for NEW individuals to join the board.  With a number of board members at the end of their terms and not returning.  The club is looking for individuals to fill these vacancies and help in the following areas:  fundraising, club apparel, RIVA family engagement, website maintenance and alumni.  If you feel you can add insight, experience and enthusiasm to any of these areas please reach out to Brent Andrew, President - Riversdale Athletics Club at boardchair@riversdaleathletics.ca.
